Check with your ISP. Most of them have built in adware and spyware removal tools.

SBC Yahoo has a good one.

You probably got adware and once you remove it that stuff will go away.

MAke sure your current adware remover is up to date as well.

Go to the Tech Support Guy website, register as a member, and start a thread in the Security forum. The experts there will help you clean up your computer, totally free. You must be patient and allow them time to answer, though. Sometimes they are very busy and can't answer immediately.

Also, please remove that link from your question so other people don't get infected with spyware, either.
Read this. It sounds like the same problem you are having. There are several suggested fixes.

just google for it!, really. I guess that should solve your question.
If all three of those aren't working, try getting a popup blocker (yahoo toolbar works, mozilla firefox browser has yahoo toolbar installed automatically). If that still doesn't work, do a deep scan of your hard drive with a. scandisk, b. norton and c. adaware. If this STILL doesn't work, you may need to wipe your hard drive clean and re-install windows along with norton, adaware and whatever else you need. Unless you're very good with computers you'll want to have someone who knows what they're doing wipe your computer for you. It shouldn't cost too much to pay someone to do this.

For your homepage you want to go to Tools--%26gt; Internet Options in your IE browser, there will be a place where you can type in a web address.
