First try to uninstall from the add remove programs or click start and find norton on the programs list there would be a uninstall option in there, if none works download this tool below and follow the instructions remember to restart the computer after uninstallation..http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsg...
If this software is installed it has to have an uninstall command. If, on the other hand, it isn't installed, you can simply delete the ".exe" file or folder.
It must have Uninstall in Add/Remove Programe on control Panel.
