click on start/all programs look in the list for Norton
anti virus icon then hit enter it will load up and set to it start up when windows start up from the norton settings
Click start, run, type msconfig, startup tab, make sure anything that say norton or symantec is checked, you'll have to extend the command box, because the start up item names are in names, you wont really recognize.
