I've installed Norton SystemWorks onto my computer but it won't allow me to download updates, does anyone know why?

As far as i know you need to validate your copy of Norton System Works before you can download updates. if you have a pirate version you will not be able to download updates.

Your download might have been faulty and the files corrupt.
Un-install, download afresh and reinstall.
That should solve the problem.
See i'll tell you what you do,if you are talking about ani virus,delete this Norton and download the NOD 32,it's THE BEST.
