To create a regisrty backup yourself, follow these instructions:



1. Hit windows key +R to open run



2. Type 'regedit' no quotes



3. Click "My Computer"



4. File%26gt;Export



5. Make sure all is checked.



6. Name it and click save.

Not really safe, your computer will crash , freeze up, waste your productive time on scanning for viruses, and on and on. you will need months to learn how to use this complex software. By the time you know how to use it. You already did all the damaged to your computer without knowing the right answer with the pop up alerts. Please do yourself a favour stay with Microsoft's softwares.
Yes, they can harm ur registry and mess it up, so I advice u to do a backup befor each cleaning process.
